Description:
Drawing from her new book, Leaving the Shore: Experiencing Poetry as Prayer, Colette Lafia explores poetry as a contemplative practice of presence, listening, and deep connection with the Divine. The day will include periods of silence and reflection, Centering Prayer, lectio divina, visio divina, and spiritual journaling.

Participants will receive a copy of Leaving the Shore.

Free retreat; please bring a bag lunch.
