A miracle is not defined by an event.
“In times of turmoil and danger, gratitude helps to steady and ground us.
The waves and the wind have a kinship in that cove I’ve not seen anywhere else.
A lack of a daily tonic of gratitude results in an anemic soul, which, in turn, contributes to a physical sense of listlessness.
We thank Thee for our little light, that is dappled with shadow.
We thank Thee for the lights that we have kindled,The light of altar and of sanctuary;Small lights of those who meditate at midnightAnd lights directed through the coloured pans of
O Great Spirit, I awake to another sun, grateful for gifts bestowed, granted one by one.
The world has enough beautiful mountains and meadows, spectacular skies and serene lakes.
