It’s #justiceOPportunity Thursday and we need your help in telling President Biden to protect asylum seekers. Title 42 is violating the international right to seek asylum, resulting in family separation, persecution, and death. The Biden Administration continues to expel hundreds of thousands of children, many of whom are Indigenous or Haitian, facing life threats.

In May, at least three immigrants who had been expelled under Title 42 were killed on the Mexican side of the border. Title 42 is threatening the public health of immigrant families as they make the heartbreaking decision to send their children to cross the border alone possibly exposing them to horrific trauma and abuse.

Take Action Here by urging President Biden to end this cruel policy that violates their international right to seek asylum.
