We Are All Connected—Catholic Sisters Week 2022

In honor of Catholic Sisters Week 2022 (March 8-14, 2022) which carries the theme, “Caring for Earth; Caring for You”, the Dominican Sisters of San Rafael are highlighting our commitment to care for our Earth and the challenge of Pope Francis outlined in his encyclical Laudato Si’ which calls us toward sustainability in the spirit of integral ecology. With profound care for each other, our Creator, and all creation, we are building a better future together. We are celebrating all the ways we are connected with each other, with the earth, and with all living creatures.

In addition to our collective and personal ongoing efforts, we will use our social media channels to help raise awareness of how we are all interconnected—with each other, with the earth, and with other creatures—during this Catholic Sisters Week. We aim to inspire our friends and neighbors to find ways to better care for our earth and develop an increased understanding of integral ecology, not just during Catholic Sisters Week, but throughout the year.
